Southbound 400 is an unsanctioned relay race that runs along the 400-mile length of New York State over 3 days.

10 teams invited. 3 stages across 400 miles. It is a wild chase with few rules, a physical and psychological dance with running that begins on a rural corner at the edge of the US-Canada border and finishes at the southern tip of Manhattan. Our team representing Koreatown Run Club took home a podium finish of third place—in the most competitive year SB400 has seen to date.
